Refund and Cancellation Policy
Dinners Ready has always been committed to supplying the highest quality products and service to you, our customer. If for any reason, our meals do not meet with your satisfaction, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement meal or if necessary, a full refund.
Should you wish to reschedule or cancel a session, please do so 48 hours in advance. To receive a full refund, contact your Dinners Ready store directly. We order fresh ingredients for your meals and therefore they cannot be returned on short notice. Reschedule/cancellation changes made with less than 48 hours advance notice from the session time could be subject to a 25% restocking fee (upon owner’s discretion). Security and Encryption
All payment information is processed and protected using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). For an additional security measure we do not store your credit card number or expiration date on our servers.
Because we value your privacy at Dinners Ready, your personal information provided by you is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or provide your information to any outside organization.
